Each LED package type — 2835, 3014, 3528, 5050, and 5630 — offers distinct optical and thermal characteristics, allowing designers to select the most suitable option for their project’s brightness, efficiency, and space requirements.

  • 2835 LED Strip – Known for high luminous efficiency and excellent thermal management, this modern standard offers bright, even output with low power consumption, ideal for general and architectural lighting.
  • 3014 LED Strip – Features compact, efficient chips that deliver consistent illumination in slim profiles, perfect for joinery, display, and decorative applications where space is limited.
  • 3528 LED Strip – Provides balanced performance with moderate brightness and power draw, making it a reliable, cost-effective solution for accent and ambient lighting.
  • 5050 LED Strip – Larger tri-chip LEDs enable high brightness and full RGB colour capability, ideal for colour-changing or high-impact decorative lighting.
  • 5630 LED Strip – Offers premium brightness and wider beam distribution, suited for commercial, retail, or task lighting applications where intensity and coverage are priorities.

Each of these chip types meets Omni-Via’s standard of SDCM ≤ 3 colour consistency, copper-base thermal stability, and long lifespan, ensuring dependable performance across all environments.

2835

The 2835 LED strip delivers high luminous efficiency and excellent colour consistency with SDCM ≤ 3. Available in CRI80, CRI90, and CRI95, it provides flexible options for both general and high-fidelity lighting applications. Each LED uses a copper base and gold wire for superior heat dissipation, ensuring a long lifespan and minimal luminous decay. A small cuttable length allows precise configuration on site, making it ideal for accurate field installation. Rated IP20 as standard, the strip can be upgraded to IP54, IP65, IP67, or IP68 for enhanced protection in demanding environments.

3014

The 3014 LED strip combines compact design with high efficiency and colour consistency, achieving SDCM ≤ 3across all lengths. Offered in CRI80, CRI90, and CRI95 options, it provides accurate colour rendering for both decorative and functional lighting applications. Each LED is built on a copper base with gold wire to ensure excellent heat dispersion, a long lifespan, and low luminous decay. With a small cuttable length, the strip allows precise configuration for detailed installations.
